K12Online is an online school where all academic activities of general education and regular education institutions can be organized easily. This system has more than 100 features for all management sectors, teachers and students; supporting from teaching to examining, online assessment, training management. To individualize academic activities in the digital environment, K12Online provides an individual domain name and toolset for each school to transform all learning, teaching, management activities from offline to online.

For the management sector: This is the first platform that allows the Department of Education and Training (DOET) to build its digital educational sources and organize department-level contests transparently. They can use this system to hold online meetings with all teachers in their area easily and operates online class through reports, evaluating the learning quality. By utilizing this, educationalists are able to control the quality of teaching and learning, learning materials, learning outcomes then gain powerful insight into each subject’s needs and have suitable strategies for them.
For teachers: Their teaching plans, learning materials can be assigned and managed by schools in accordance with MOET’s regulations. With an electronic device, teachers can create online lessons in different formats (video, slide, multiple choice exercises...) and interact effectively in the online class thanks to futures such as texting, screen sharing, group discussion…For examinations, K12Online helps to compile questions, mix and distribute exams randomly; report violations of candidates during the exam time and statistics on test-making history. Instead of marking, correcting and entering scores manually, K12Online allows automatic marking and accurate synchronization of the exam results to other systems in our educational ecosystem such as School management, Digital transcripts…
For students: Students are using K12Online to learn official programs designed by schools and MOET. Based on students’ learning information, strength and weakness, K12Online supports teachers in orienting and managing students’ learning process. Being equipped with a personalized study schedule helps children to prepare well before starting class. Learning via K12Online is not only a solitary cognitive activity but also with social connotations where they can connect with peers and instructors to create transformational learning experiences.

During the Covid-19 disease, to ensure that “no student is left behind” in terms of study opportunities, Viettel has donated 37.000 computers to students with difficult circumstances according to the “Connect and Computers for Children” program. Moreover, for nearly 10 years, we have provided free Internet lines for more than 32.000 schools nationwide, including 100% schools in remote areas; awarded 126 billion to the scholarship fund for the marginalized students. Our sponsorship helps to overcome the lack of infrastructure and equipment, so then students and teachers from all over the country can easily access intelligent learning management systems such as K12Online.
Until now, K12Online has created accounts for nearly 400,000 teachers and 3.4 million from 35,000/44,000 (80%) educational institutions nationwide; built material sources that are up to 2.5 million learning materials, including lectures, tests…; accompanied by educationalists to hold 4,000 online meetings, 600 online conferences, and 243,000 virtual classrooms.
