All related data will be managed under a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The WBS created is used as primary key on every transaction which could lead us to a comprehensive report for every project.

By implementing AFS for every non-connectivity project, there are some improvements in the existing business process. The implementation has both financial and non-financial benefits for the company, such as:

    1. Profitability aspect
    a. Enhance the control of project profitability per customer
    b. Enhance the visibility of vendor’s productivity
    c. Reach the cumulative cost saving for Enterprise Segment, resulted in 12% increased of EBIT margin in 2020 compared to 2019.
