    Total 196 words used.

I grew up in adversity; my mother was an addict, and by age 16, I was homeless, living on the streets. The odds were against me, creating an extraordinary life and career; I'm living a life that once appeared impossible.
Fast forward to my 47-year-old self; I'm an accomplished CEO who led multinational companies with annual revenues up to $250 million, an author, executive coach and board advisor.
My career journey has spanned roles in diverse industries. My determination, ambition, and results-oriented focus led me to secure my first CEO role, which incorporated four multi-million-dollar travel brands. I grew this business from $38M to $55M in 18 months. From there, I became the CEO of Australia's leading franchise network of professional builders [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]. Again, I was a pioneer in the industry as the only female CEO to lead a large home-building company.
I'm the Director of The Caroline Kennedy Group and a highly sought-after mentor and coach to top global executives; I support leaders to intensify their Influence, Income & Impact. My client list is extensive, Wesfarmers, Westpac, PWC, Telstra, Integral Group, Bunnings, Deloitte, and Jurlique, to name a few.

    • 21/22 Revenue growth of 76% (and net profit growth of 271%) [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] In 20/21, we grew 86%, and in 21/22, we achieved 76% revenue and 271% profitability growth; achieving outstanding results is a testament to our approach. Innovation is integral, so I shifted an old paradigm to become a faster fish and help clients do the same. I flipped the old model methodology from 'change thinking to change behaviour'; to the new paradigm, 'change behaviour to change thinking'. Failing to plan is not the biggest obstacle to success. It's the behavioural change required to execute the plan.
    • Writing my second book, Lead Beyond 2030, The Nine Skill You Need to Intensify Your Leadership Impact. It was picked up by Hambone publishing for the first edition, and I declined a contract with [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] I have my eye set on a global publishing house for my next book.
    • Sought After Media Commentator. I've featured in publications such as Australian Financial Review, Authority Magazine, Lawyers Weekly, HR Daily, B&T, Training & Development Magazine, Company Directors Magazine, The CEO Magazine, CEO World Magazine, Women's Agenda, Franchise Business, Chief of Staff, Mortgage Professional, Management N, RIMPA, International Institute of Directors & Managers, Governance Directions, The CEO Institute, Leaderonomics, Ticker TV & Thrive Global, run by Arianna Huffington to name a few.

  6. Explain why the achievements you have highlighted are unique or significant. If possible compare the achievements to the performance of other players in your industry and/or to the nominee's past performance (up to 250 words):

    Total 249 words used.

The proof is in the pudding! Achieving growth consistently is not easy, especially in a global pandemic. Globally coaching hit a roadblock with Consultancy.org forecasting that the industry downturn will lose $30 billion in revenues. In 20/21, we grew 86%, and in 21/22, we achieved 76% revenue and 271% profitability growth; achieving outstanding results is a testament to our approach. Indeed some of our competitors and the entire industry are experiencing a decline in revenue. I studied a post-graduate in psychology to strategically focus on helping clients understand how behaviours limit results. Failing to plan is not the biggest obstacle to success. It's the behavioural change required to execute the plan. Outstanding leadership is the capacity to influence the thoughts, emotions, and actions of others to achieve outcomes. More proof - I mentored a Country Director, and she grew the business by 68% and increased the profit by 247% in the same fin year.
I kept my finger on the pulse with the rapidly changing market conditions. Recently, Amazon lost $210 billion in market cap in one afternoon. It's not the big fish that eats the small fish anymore; it's the fast fish that eats the slow fish. The most significant force multiplier is when you shift from being "the genius" to "the genius maker", your team levels up, accelerating the flow. It isn't the size of the fish; it's about creating the motion of the ocean. Our proven five-phase roadmap includes awareness, assessment, action, accountability and achievement.
