Vicki Harte is Director of Client Engagement for Paradigm Marketing and Design, where she builds client relationships and identifies new business opportunities. Over her 20-year career as a business development pro and sales strategist, Vicki has become widely known for her innate ability to build authentic relationships within the business community.
Early in her career, Vicki was Director of Business Development with Update Creative where she earned the Top Performer distinction in her division for 17 years straight. From there, Vicki moved into the entrepreneurial space when she started Harte Marketing Cooperative, a marketing consultancy that brokered relationships between clients and strategic partners. In January 2020, Vicki joined Paradigm as Director of Client Engagement. Despite the economic difficulties brought on by the pandemic, Vicki exceeded her 2020 sales goals by 30%.
Vicki is a well-connected networker with a keen awareness of brand development and messaging. She has made a successful career helping small and mid-size businesses demystify marketing and crystallize their objectives through relationships built on trust and integrity. She is also an ambassador for NJBIA where she welcomes new members to the association and helps them navigate the many worthwhile services and programs NJBIA provides to help them succeed.

Vicki joined Paradigm Marketing and Design just 10 weeks before the pandemic hit. Despite the economic challenges of the worldwide crisis, Vicki exceeded her sales goals by 30% in 2020. Today, Vicki plays an active role on Paradigm’s leadership team and continues to ensure the client experience remains a top priority for the firm. Earlier this year, Vicki won the Bronze Stevie Award for Sales Director of the year. And In 2021, the Boy Scouts of America honored her with a Tribute to Women Award for serving as an exemplary role model to the area’s youth population through her notable work with the local business community. Vicki has also received accolades for helping Morris County businesses achieve bottom-line growth.
Vicki is the founder of RNR (Reconnect. Network. Refuel.), a successful networking program that’s been going strong for eight years. She also partnered with Paradigm founder Rachel Durkan to launch Table for Four, a virtual networking program created in response to the pandemic to help small and mid-size businesses stay visible and connected despite the challenges of social distancing. Vicki continues to keep her finger on the pulse of small business needs and is committed to keeping our community thriving.

At a time when the global economy all but shut down, Vicki achieved remarkable accomplishments. In the last two years, Paradigm grew its revenue by 150% and more than doubled its headcount due largely to her sales acumen and quick thinking. When the traditional sales approach was no longer an option due to social distancing requirements, Vicki immediately began creating a series of educational and networking events designed to facilitate virtual connections and propel business forward in a whole new way. The approach served as a model that was adopted across the organization, ultimately solidifying Paradigm’s tremendous sales success in the last two years.
Her accomplishments were also seen across the business community. By recognizing the need for networking locally and regionally, Vicki has been the catalyst for hundreds of meaningful connections and the survival of small businesses who, without the ability to network, would not have survived the events of the last two years. The Table for Four program alone helped hundreds of businesses close deals worth thousands, garner referrals, and create partnership opportunities.
