Will Milano is the Chief Marketing Officer for Integrity Solutions, a leader in sales training and sales performance improvement. As a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team, Will leads the organization’s marketing, brand, and demand generation strategy. Since joining Integrity Solutions in 2015, he has significantly raised the organization’s visibility, helping transform it from a “best-kept secret” to one of the top, most recognized sales training providers in the industry. 

Will has almost 25 years of experience in professional services marketing directly supporting revenue growth, client engagement and retention, and competitive brand differentiation. He focuses on the four essential elements of B2B marketing strategy: brand, customer acquisition, ongoing customer engagement and retention, and sales enablement. Among other responsibilities, he and his team lead Integrity Solutions’ brand awareness building, lead generation, content marketing and thought leadership, digital marketing, events strategy, PR and media relations, and co-marketing partnerships. Will is also the host of the popular “Mental Selling” podcast and has been a regular guest on other podcasts sharing his insights on marketing and thought leadership strategies.

Will earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and an MBA from California State University Long Beach. He lives in the Boston, Massachusetts area with his wife and two children.
