Dennis Reno is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in enhancing
customer experiences and satisfaction within the SaaS technology sector. He joined
Projectworks as the Head of Customer Success in May 2025, following four years as
the Chief Customer Officer at Cyara, an AI-driven SaaS platform focused on optimizing
customer experiences (CX). Prior to his time at Cyara, Dennis held various executive
roles in Customer Success and Support Services at OneLogin, Proofpoint, Oracle, BEA
Systems, Plumtree Software, Microsoft, and Continental Airlines.
