History & Past Performance: Be a Legend started as a coaching business that transformed into a digital marketing agency after realizing so many businesses needed expert help with designing, developing & implementing strategic marketing plans to help their businesses grow. Upon the growth of the marketing side of Be a Legend, our founder & CEO, Lara Jones, realized there was also a huge need to help train, gain, & engage employees in organizations to create a culture that will be a significant part of its success. Furthermore, we have helped enhance leadership performance through dedicated workshops that train & coach how to deal with adversity, crisis, & understanding emotional intelligence to better manage their team & create a culture that ensured everyone felt heard, listened to, on the ‘same page’, in order to stay focused & remain on the mission at hand to help many others with their product or service offering and change lives.

Be a Legend has helped, specifically, a service company, locally, in the community that was a start up and had just 2 employees. They have since grown to 15 employees, and their revenue has grown into the multiple of millions through the direct efforts of our organization starting with one campaign and growing the account into multiple marketing campaigns that created a significant ROI of 300% for the client. As a result, we have had a direct impact on wage growth in our local economy and helped thousands of the client’s customers, ensuring they deal with the number one service company in the industry our client serves in. Our client has won multiple awards for their growth, which we have directly been in charge of for the company. The account has grown from a small account to a large account, being worth 25% of our company’s annual revenue. We further continue to develop the account by being innovative and helping their leadership team to excel through our unique transformational leadership performance workshops that have been created by our Founder & CEO, Lara Jones. Our efforts with this account won us a local award for our innovation, expertise & community stewardship with helping develop our local economy and creating jobs through our growing of this one particular account and expanding our client’s organization.

This achievement is significant because we are the only marketing, coaching and consulting agency in our area that have won multiple local awards in 2022 for our efforts to have a direct impact with wage growth in our local economy, signifying that we are different from other players in our industry and go above and beyond to help our clients grow their businesses. We initially started this account with a small campaign and took over from an existing failing company that a local fairly large company had implemented. We carried out a S.W.O.T analysis and quickly identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and were able to turn a failing marketing campaign around into a productive, positive ROI, allowing our client to grow into its potential and fulfill its purpose for its customers.
As a result, this deal accounts for 25% of our overall company’s annual revenue and we have continued to keep this client since June 2020, growing the account, year over year. At one point, this achievement represented 50% of our company’s annual revenue, but owing to the success and reputation of our organization as a direct result of this client, we have since grown the company (and this account) to where the account represents 25% of our annual revenue, but the client account continues to grow year over year with our business development efforts and focus with developing our client’s strategies.
