    Lori Klein joined Netsertive with 35 years of sales, marketing, and franchise experience, and was tasked with expanding Netsertive’s franchise portfolio. Netsertive is a marketing technology provider that enables brands and multi-location businesses to create localized digital marketing experiences at scale.

    Previous to her time with Netsertive, Lori worked to help expand some of the nation’s largest brands and had previous franchise experience, which has led to her connecting and expanding her book of business within the Franchise industry. She founded her own drop-in kid's childcare business which she later franchised and sold, helped spearhead a new Raleigh chapter of the Women’s Franchise Network, and is an active member of various organizations including the International Franchise Association.

    Lori has a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in clinical psychology. She has also completed her certifications for the Certified Franchise Executive designation and the Professional Certified Marketer.

    Since July 1, 2020, Lori Klein has single-handedly brought in 11 new franchise customers and their networks. From veteran businesses to emerging systems, Lori has taken each prospect through a complete sales cycle from introduction to discovery, contract signing, and customer success. They trust her to the utmost extent and many customers continue a relationship with her even long after her sales duties are completed. These 11 new partnerships have contributed to 20% year-over-year growth.

    In 2022, Lori completed her certification as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). This distinction required over 50 hours of training and educational sessions. This distinction is held only by experts in the industry. Her dedication to education has allowed Netsertive to continue to build and optimize the best marketing tools and practices for its customers. 

    She has won Netsertive’s internal “Burning The Ship” award twice. This is an award voted on by her peers and given to the individual with the most drive, tenacity, and passion for their role in the company.

    In 2020, Netsertive began its expansion into the franchising vertical. This industry category is notorious for being difficult to penetrate, highly competitive, and having a long-sales process. 

    With Lori at the sales helm, she has quickly created new relationships with franchisors in every sector, understood their struggles, and paired them with solutions from Netsertive’s offerings. Her keen sense of urgency and understanding has allowed Netsertive to become one of the leading marketing suppliers in the space. Having this reputation is crucial in order for Netsertive to continue helping business owners win local customers across the nation.

    With concerns to her certifications and peer-voted awards, her energy and outlook have been contagious for the Netsertive culture. She has motivated her team to continue learning and most importantly, put the combined needs of both Netsertive and her prospects above all else.
