    Kaitlyn Wilcoxson is the Account Group Supervisor at Paradigm Marketing and Design, where she oversees, develops, and implements marketing plans to help her portfolio of over 20 clients reach, and exceed, their business goals. Leading a team of seven, she creates robust marketing programs that produce results and crafts messaging strategies that convey her clients’ unique values. Since joining Paradigm in 2017, Kaitlyn has helped her clients bring in a combined revenue of more than $100M—and growing.

    Kaitlyn is known for her tenacious desire to learn and relentless pursuit of improvement for herself and her clients. She is a noted data aficionado, using it to inform strategy, identify client challenges and objectives, and craft solutions that ensure ROI. After working with Kaitlyn for only six months, a large NJ brand doubled their revenue from the previous year. Another client tripled their monthly RFPs.

She has also made a significant financial mark on the Paradigm business, as she actively pursues opportunities to upsell new services to her existing client base. Since July 2020, she has generated $248K in up-sales revenue for Paradigm. In the last three months alone, she brought in $70K in incremental revenue.
