  4. Outline the organization's achievements since July 1 2020 that you wish to bring to the judges' attention (up to 250 words):

    Today, our global and mobile-friendly approach is easy, scalable, and inclusive – providing translated content to all our employees. Our centralized platform means consistency in experience, redemption, and financial tracking. With daily employee feeds from our HRIS, we make sure all employees are included. We manage all taxes on the backend, which is easy and compliant. We train leaders in the organization on the platform, giving them points to spend to build advocacy.

    Initially, Perci Perks focused on values and performance. We defined our company values and the associated behaviors. We provided top-down training and socialization, enabling a consistent framework by which hundreds are recognized monthly. Newly added service awards, peer-to-peer and manager-to-peer capabilities allow for regular, consistent, and timely recognition. These events (and who’s participating) are easily viewable in the manager reporting console.

    The Awardco platform tailors reward catalogs regionally, allowing our employees to have a fully customizable experience. This personal employee experience allows them to choose their rewards from many different options – shop on Amazon, our swag store, convert to gift cards, donate to their favorite charity, and more! Within the platform, Percepta can fund points to procure technical equipment or personalize home offices as we did during COVID. And - points never expire!

    Perci Perks goes beyond traditional recognition. Each month team activities are sent out allowing teams to connect differently. For example, we did an activity where teams created team name, logo, and mission statement strengthening #Teamwork, a core company value.

    Percepta's global rewards and recognition program, Perci Perks, powered by Awardco, is worthy of Incentive, Rewards, or Program of the Year. Let's look at the past to appreciate where our rewards and recognition program is today.

    Reward programs are nothing new in the contact center space; it's business as usual. Historically, we had numerous recognition programs primarily focused on performance metrics and good attendance. These programs were led by local teams with little funding and were widely nuanced across our locations. Administrators faced logistical challenges like tracking, guessing what people wanted, and limited participation. For example, local admins might purchase gift cards, track them manually on a sheet of paper, then turn them in monthly to HR and finance.

    The best R&R programs recognize values, behaviors, tenure, and performance, including those within the organization's driving strategy. Additionally, the program must be driven from the top down. We’ve created a sustainable and repeatable R&R program that enables a consistent and personalized global employee experience.

    We launched fully virtual Perci Perks in September 2020, quicker than anticipated due to COVID.

    In 2022, we created a consolidated employee file in our enterprise data warehouse. The feed pulls employee details (safely and securely) from multiple HRIS instances globally.

    Our R&R program is robust; values, performance, peer-to-peer, manager-to-peer, birthday, and service recognition. We encourage and consolidate all local recognition into Perci Perks/Points as well.

    Since the inception of Perci Perks, we have awarded more than $1.3 million points to employees, with a redemption rate of 83%, well above average for a company our size.
