Since our inception, PPT Solutions has consistently experienced exponential growth. In comparing 2018 revenue to 2019, we achieved a 46% year-over-year growth and an unprecedented 79% growth from 2019 to 2020. From the period of July 2019 to December 2020, we added ten new clients to our Consulting and Managed Services portfolio and an amazing 315 cloud-based technology implementations.
In March 2020 and with the impending threat of a global pandemic, we understood the need to act quickly to help companies shift their businesses and contact center workforce towards safe and health-conscious solutions. PPT Solutions made the decision to actively stand behind our “pay it forward” mission, inspiring us to create a rapid response program and waiving all assessment fees. The fee waiver was intended to provide impacted businesses the ability to immediately enable its employee and customer support operations to work from home safely, effectively and efficiently.

Despite the unique challenges of this trying period, PPT Solutions remarkably thrived and continued its tremendous growth trajectory. Our ability to help our clients deliver amazing customer experiences, sustain their operations and enhance profitability during these turbulent times is a testament to our evolution as a premier customer experience and contact center solutions partner.
