As a premier customer experience and contact center solutions provider, cloud-based technology implementations and migrations are a constant core capability we deliver to our clients. From third quarter of 2019 through the end of 2020 as we assisted companies with their COVID-19 response efforts, these capabilities were particularly instrumental in our growth. During this period, our team implemented an astonishing 315 contact center cloud solutions (CCaaS/UCaaS) across multiple verticals with an average engagement duration of only 39 days.

Unfortunately, the global pandemic brought about an urgent need to abruptly shift workforce environments from “brick and mortar” to work-at-home environments. PPT Solutions’ Cloud Solutions Services (CSS) team was able to seamlessly adapt and work with our clients to complete these cloud-based work-at-home technology transitions within an average of six days and CSAT scores of four (of a five-point scale system).

We understand the importance of highlighting our experience and the many advantages of cloud-based technology in the contact center with the overall focus on enhancing customer experiences. We share our knowledge and industry insights via original content including articles, white papers, videos and speaking engagements.

The PPT Solutions’ CSS team is group of industry-diverse and experienced individuals with extensive experience delivering innovative and value-driven call center, implementation and project management solutions and resources to our contact center clients. The team’s capabilities align well with our customer base of commercial businesses, as they typically do not have call center expertise and require operational assistance and guidance. When clients require post-implementation cloud technology add-ons, they often specifically request the same Implementation Consultant due to the previous experience and team’s deep contact center knowledge.

One aspect that makes PPT Solutions unique as a technology partner would be our Consulting and Managed Service offerings that are aligned with our CSS practice. These capabilities allow us to provide deeper insights related to the client’s Customer Experience and enable us to provide hands-on support following implementation with Managed Services. Using this holistic approach to understanding our client’s business goals and identifying a long-term success strategy, we are able to further drive CSAT improvements and CX optimization throughout go-forward management and client support.
