Outline the nominated achievement since July 1 2019 that you wish to bring to the judges' attention (up to 250 words):
ONeTRack is the very first project based fieldforce development program of Sanofi Turkey. This program started within COVID-19 period during which all field force employees began working remotely. In order to leverage the remote working time, we designed ONeTRack which also helped building a learning environment that nourishes transversal cooperation among all Global Business Units and with the support of Global Support Functions; enabling competency development; improving network and contributing to the effectiveness of business processes.
The whole development journey took place online, and the program lasted for 3 months between May-August 2020. Business leaders submitted project proposals among which 5 projects among them were selected considering strategic objectives and best development opportunity.We used an internal application system to select 10 team members per project considering motivational letters and diversity. The team members spared 20% of their time to ONeTRack and they participated the projects of other Global Business Units and departmants.
Project leaders were assigned in order to define a specific methology and guidance about the department. For each project, a development coach was present to understand and meet the developmental needs throughout the program. Two project coordinators were also present to run the communication channels and enable same level of development opportunity. Developmental journey was enhanced with online trainings and regular meetings which included team-building activities, internal project specific trainings and workshops. At the end of 3 months, attendees had a chance to present the projects they planned in a meeting where almost 100 attendees were present.

This program allowed field force team to learn from other departments and colleagues in the company and take part in prioritized projects directly. Enabling the remote working time to be spent more effective, ONeTRack increased motivation and empowered the team members’ career journey via on-the-job learning experience. At the end of the program, a survey was sent to team members to evaluate ONeTRack which resulted in 4.90 satisfaction rate out of 5. This program gave us the opportunity to revise developmental needs and create a roadmap accordingly.
