MySelective incorporates modern visual elements paired with gold and blue accent colors to bring Selective’s brand. “Be Uniquely Insured,” to life. Better yet, the interface was designed with an intuitive menu and simplified display to allow users to navigate the app with ease. A concise account dashboard displays the information users need front and center, such as policy and billing details, claims reporting or status, and agent contact information.

MySelective offers a ‘Quick Tools’ option, which gives users access to popular features like viewing auto ID cards, claims reporting, Live Chat, and roadside assistance, all without logging in to their account.

While offering an insurance app to personal insurance customers is standard for most carriers, when it comes to commercial business, having an app that lets policyholders easily access their insurance information is indeed unique. This differentiator allows business owners to quickly and easily access their account on-the-go.

The prior version of MySelective (formerly Selective Mobile) had 26 ratings and ranked at 2.6 stars in the Apple App Store in June of 2019. Through a year of concerted effort, our ratings rose to 91 and Selective Mobile ranked 3.9 stars by June 2020. However, following the release of our updated MySelective app, ratings rapidly increased from 91 before launch to 754 as of 11/5/20, an increase of more than 728% in less than 5 months! Similarly, our star rating rose from 3.9 stars on June 18 to 4.6 stars by August 27.
