With over 60 total third-party vendor integrations, SoftPro has seen a 95% increase in SoftPro 360 transactions and a 100% increase in SoftPro 360 revenue since July 2019.
SoftPro sales also saw impressive growth amongst its supplemental services in 2020. SoftPro LIVE, the customizable tool that empowers title professionals to communicate with real estate agents, buyers/sellers, attorneys, and lenders in real-time, saw sales growth of 151% since 2019. SoftPro’s trust account reconciliation service, which provides customers with a dedicated reconciler to ensure their trust accounts are in balance, grew by 19% year over year.

Despite the ongoing challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the real estate and title industry saw record-breaking growth in 2020 and 2021. Even during the strict shutdowns that brought many industries to a stand-still, real estate continued to thrive, thanks in large part to title companies’ ability to quickly adapt to a remote working environment. SoftPro played a pivotal role with their Hosted software solutions, which allow customers to work from anywhere with a computer and internet connection. SoftPro Hosted sales goals have been exceeded every month since July 2019, peaking at a whopping 550% of the goal in December of 2020. Additionally, SoftPro sales exceeded their goal for new Hosted customers by 209% and 122% in 2020 and 2021, respectively, bringing in 319 new Hosted customers and converting 222 existing SoftPro customers into Hosted users across both years. While many companies began returning to their offices in 2021, demand for remote working solutions remained high. In fact, SoftPro saw a 28% increase in the number of hosted users added in 2021 compared to 2020, and projections are predicting a similarly steady demand going into 2022.
