Jessica worked in partnership with Everbridge CEO David Meredith, CRO Vernon Irvin and CMO Stacey Wu to develop a strategic platform for the event, which directly addressed Everbridge’s target audience’s needsandultimatelysucceeded in drivingrecordengagement.Goals includedincreasingthenumber of high-profile panels, attendance, and engagement,compared with previousEverbridgesessions, which Jessica exceeded.
Notably, shepersonally secured manyhigh-profilespeakers, including sessions with MLB and Volkswagen,andworked tirelessly across Everbridge’s highly matrixedorganization toensuresmooth handoffs across marketing, communications, creative, sales, and other teams.
Under Jessica’s leadership, Everbridge secured30+unique, high-profilesessions, each with their own scripts, moderators, guests, etc., which she managed with grace and incredible poise.The virtual nature of the program also required sophisticated tech platforms to accept registrations and host video sessions, many of which needed to be filmed in advance to accommodate speakers’ busy schedules.Additionally, promotion of the eventcomprisedmore than 100 unique activations, requiring supporting ads, social post images, speaker banners, and more.
