Known as someone with a Midas touch, Shilpa started her career as a school topper, a national level ranker and 4 professional degrees- CA, CPA, Law and MBA. It all started with a huge fire in her belly. However somewhere in the journey, mediocrity crept in and engulfed her from all angles. She went through a feeling of numbness, living like a zombie for 16 years in her corporate career. It led her to a very dark space where in 2018, she was asked to leave after years of non-glamorous contribution. While she thought she still had that midas touch, her company had enough of her and her mediocrity. It was as if she had fallen from the sky- everything come to a big halt! And she started off on a pursuit of asking some uncomfortable questions from herself. Shilpa's mission "Murdering Mediocrity" is most most unique one. 75% people suffer from mediocrity. They survive like a numb creation, and it deprives them of the wonders they can do as a creator, resulting in lack of joy & pride. Because she has been there, she knmows that they can very well survive, but never thrive. He entire coaching revolves around giving people that awareness, identifying their average game by themselves and then treat them with Euphoria as they start creating amazing wins in as short as 2-3 months.
