What's New & Different for 2025

Eligibility Timeframe

  • Eligibility for the 2025 Stevie® Awards for Women in Business extends from July 1, 2023 through August 20, 2025, the last day that entries will be accepted.  Nominations should cite achievements during this eligibility window.  There is no eligibility timeframe for the Lifetime Achievement categories, however.

Entry Deadlines

  • There are three entry deadlines, including an early-bird deadline by which the entry fees are discounted:
    • June 25: Early-bird entry deadline - entry fees discounted by $35
    • July 23: Entry deadline
    • August 20: Last day that late entries will be accepted with payment of $55 late fee

Entry Fees

  • Entry fees have been raised by $10/entry, for categories in which entry fees are assessed.
  • Entry fees have been eliminated for all of the Media and New Product/Service categories.

New Categories

  • There are a variety of new categories this year, including:
    • 9 new Achievement categories, including Achievement in Women's Health Innovation and Achievement in Workplace Mental Health Programs for Women
    • The Communications & Marketing Campaign categories are now Achievement in Marketing & Communications categories

New Threshold for Automatic Award Qualification

  • The minimum average score from the judges, for a nomination to automatically qualify as a Finalist and thus a Stevie winner, has been raised from 7.50 out of a possible 10 to 8.00.

Awards Ceremony

  • For the first time, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business ceremony will take place on a Monday - November 10 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
