    Established in 2003, AccuTitle provides real estate title insurance management platforms to automate and streamline the complex title production and closing process. We empower title professionals through time-saving technology to increase productivity, reduce wire fraud, enhance security, connect with essential partners, communicate securely, and maintain the flexibility required by agents across various business models.   

    Originally AccuTitle with its flagship product TitleFusion (formerly TitleDesktop) served clients in New Jersey and the tri-state area. Insurance regulations and practices have state-specific nuances, so over the last three years, we have strategically entered new states by acquiring the expertise essential to excelling in new markets. In April 2020, AccuTitle acquired Closers' Choice, a platform focused on the Southeast region. In July 2020, AccuTitle acquired a major competitor to Closers' Choice, Landtech, a software suite that has been in use for over 40 years and is used in several states across the country. In April 2021, AccuTitle acquired TrackerPro, a New York-based title software platform focused on driving efficiency. Today AccuTitle serves over 2,500 title professionals in 32 states, processing 10% of the total real estate transaction in the United States (75% in New York, 65% in New Jersey, and 60% in Florida).

    Outside of acquiring three companies during a pandemic, we are proud of our integration execution. All five companies were successfully integrated under the AccuTitle umbrella by the end of 2021. The company was able to achieve these acquisitions in a short period of time due to our experienced leadership team, and our established process for integration. We are fortunate to have been able to integrate so smoothly because everyone had one goal of improving and furthering the title industry. 

    Leadership across all our companies has remained with the team and has become key strategic players. We have leveraged the enormous strengths of each company to significantly drive revenue, decrease expenses and increase our state-specific industry expertise. We did not cut costs through employees; in fact, we are hiring more than ever as we are positioned for immense future growth. We have combined the founders and subject matter expertise from what were five competitors all under one collaborative roof with one collective goal of moving the industry forward. This common culture was achieved by like-minded individuals and leveraging the strengths of all the new players in the companies. 

    Today AccuTitle serves over 2,500 title professionals in 32 states. In terms of revenue, AccuTitle grew from over $9M to over $17M from 2020 to 2021. As we are in the business of processing real estate transactions, it is significant that our number of transactions grew 63%, resulting in 12% national market share.

    AccuTitle was acquired in April 2019 by Kai Group Holdings. Since then, we have added four additional companies to our team. Two of those companies were acquired and integrated amid a global pandemic just months apart. The company was able to achieve these acquisitions in a short period of time due to our experienced leadership team, and our established process for integration. The integrations were uncomplicated because everyone had one goal of improving and furthering the title industry.  

    AccuTitle has been a fully remote company since its inception with employees working across the globe, so we were able to smoothly transition all the other companies into a remote environment. No employees left as a result of the acquisitions, and all employees have received improved benefits. Today with the acquisitions in 2020-2021, we have one office in Florida, one office in New York, headquarters in New Jersey, and have grown from 76 employees in 2020 to 93 in 2021.  

    AccuTitle now has five formerly competitive CEOs working together towards common goals, each bringing a unique perspective, knowledge, and strengths to an extremely solid leadership team. We achieved revenue synergies through the acquisitions which have resulted in new product offerings and several new partnerships. This common culture was achieved by like-minded individuals and leveraging the strengths of all the new players in the companies. We have combined the founders and subject matter expertise from what were five competitors all under one collaborative roof with one collective goal of moving the industry forward.
