    The primary objective of Insight 360 platform is to provide A Scalable Modular UI. The UI/UX of the previous solution was not flexible. New feature requests were challenging to incorporate, and each attempt resulted in a continuously degrading UX. With Insight 360, our new UI/UX is completely modular and can scale to meet the needs of the business. We now have separate user, customer, order, patient, treatment screens and each screen utilize a tile (for each module) design approach that is fully customizable by the user.

    Other objectives include Preemptive Data Fetch in Context, Territory Sharing, Daily Planning, Geofencing Prospects, Speech to Text, Direct Sales to Support Channel, Send Broadcast Messaging.

    Supported Platforms: Insight 360 digital platform is supported on all versions of Apple iPads. This is developed using Apple's iOS Swift Programming Language.

    Insight 360 is a new mobile digital sales platform that delivers real-time actionable insights to Align Technology’s field sales representatives. This platform provides a 360-view of customer interactions across Sales, Service and Marketing channels. Insight 360 combines a modern and efficient user interface with an insight engine designed to identify the “next best action” to grow the business. The platform empowers field sales representatives to know at any moment where their customer is at in their journey with Align.

    Insight 360 iPad Sales app was made available to the users beginning January 2021. While the initial focus was on technical and innovation aspects of this project, the story of project execution excellence is remarkable.

    Developers Hearing Users: Insight 360 was designed and developed by paying close attention to user feedback, which is the foremost reason it has a 100% adoption rate. 

    Deliberately Designing for Scale: The platform’s data architecture, UI design, and UX uniquely align to scale at the same rate as a business, growing at 30% YoY. In this year alone, Insight 360 supports 1200 new sales reps in the Americas region.

    Applying Cutting Edge Technology: This platform uses Machine Learning algorithms which can discover predictive patterns hidden deep in the customer data that enable sales reps to be truly proactive and focused on the next most impactful action that grows the business

    Pushing the Hardware: By taking advantage of modern device capabilities like Geofencing, GPS, Speech to Text, (and AR on the horizon) the Insight 360 application is a powerful tool for sales reps that puts data at their fingertips, maximizes time spent with their customers, and finds new opportunities in their territories.

    Exceptionally Executed: The team of 20 designed and delivered a fully reimagined application within 3 months. Over 100 screens were condensed to 50, more than 25 new features were added, and thousands of source code commits were completed.
