Agency Workspace is a new version of an existing solution. It was released on April 1, 2019. Since its initial launch, monthly enhancements have been released.

BenefitMall’s Agency Workspace launched in 2019 replacing Broker Workspace. Agency Workspace is BenefitMall’s technology hub that allows brokers to manage every aspect of their BenefitMall business in a single, secured space. Built on Salesforce Communities, Agency Workspace displays our CRM data to our customers to provide greater transparency, real-time status updates to business activities and superior security for all PHI and PII.

Brokers can manage their BenefitMall book of business, successfully run their entire quote-to-enrollment process, review upcoming renewals, access carrier documents and information, track commissions, and view rewards. In a 2019 series of internal and external study reviews, Agency Workspace outperformed its competitors in user experience, tools, and support. As the hub for BenefitMall’s technology offerings, Agency Workspace also features Client Ready Quote System (CRQS) and Online Enrollment

Available within Agency Workspace, BenefitMall’s award-winning Client Ready Quote System (CRQS) offers small group medical and non-medical benefit quotes for brokers, which saves time when researching multi-carrier insurance options. The side-by-side proposal feature helps compare coverage and cost across multiple insurance carriers and lines of coverage. This quoting technology is available in 16 markets across the U.S.

In 2019, BenefitMall launched its Online Enrollment platform nationwide, making the challenges of paper insurance enrollment a thing of the past. This cloud-based tool is also available through Agency Workspace and provides brokers an end-to-end solution for census through enrollment. BenefitMall also offers Secure Submission allowing brokers to submit enrollment paperwork through Agency Workspace in lieu of email.

Agency Workspace:

-Broker accounts: 6,310 users in January 2020 to 9,470 users in February 2021 (50.1% increase)
-Active users (>5 logins per month): 3,553 users in January 2020 to 5,752 users in August 2020 (61.9% increase)

Client Ready Quote System:
-More than 100,000 quotes were completed in 2020
-Self-service: 54% in January 2020 to 63% in December 2020
-Quoting activity: 7,361 quotes in January 2020 to 16,737 quotes in December 2020
-Quoting brokers: 1,318 brokers in January 2020 to 1,996 brokers in December 2020

Enrollment:
-BenefitMall has recorded 2,600 Online Enrollment submissions since June 2019.
-Furthermore, an additional 3,500 enrollments have been submitted by brokers through BenefitMall’s secure submission process in Agency Workspace. There is 250% growth of this feature.
