In September 2023, the global EY organization (EY) launched EY.ai EYQ – an ecosystem of generative AI (GenAI) capabilities, to address the risks posed by the proliferation of GenAI tools to the EY organization’s operations and brand due to non-compliance with its strict InfoSec, risk management, data privacy and regulatory standards. EYQ is available to over 300,000 EY people from general and domain-specific conversational chat agents, prompt management to POC and solution development.
EYQ is used to write first drafts, generate proposal ideas, do creative brainstorming, summarize reports, generate synthetic data, content search in large volumes of information, code development, review and more. EYQ is designed to augment EY teams’ potential and provide them with the confidence to use AI effectively. EYQ received a Gold Stevie American Business Award 2024 in Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Solution – Generative category.

Agent orchestration framework: EY teams have developed a robust orchestration framework that intelligently manages the collaboration of domain-specific agents based on user context, automatically selecting the best combination for contextually relevant and accurate outcomes.
