    Over the past two years, the hospitality industry has been the most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout the pandemic, the hospitality industry had almost triple the unemployment rate of the US national average. This has left hotel owners and management groups at risk of shutting the doors to their hotels and resorts. Taking into mind the current obstacles that the hospitality industry faces and the turbulent past two years the industry has had, M3 has expanded partnerships, offered cost savings to users, donated to charitable organizations, enhanced products, implemented mobile capability with product offerings, invested in employees and fostered relationships throughout the hospitality industry to ensure M3 users feel empathy in this ever-changing tumultuous business environment.  

    M3 has been named the Best Reporting and Accounting Software back-to-back years in HotelTechAwards. The HotelTechAwards determine the best hotel software products based on customer feedback and key proprietary data signals such as integration compatibility, organizational health, market share, partner network strength, and customer support quality.
