In late 2020, NRPR became the first public relations agency to offer a full concept-to-opening launch support through its newly established Biz Pro branch— uplifting clients such as Invig Consulting to structure, launch, and scale its business in just 90 days. Invig came to NRPR with a foundational concept to help brands and convenience stores connect with each other and do business together seamlessly, but its team was unsure how to actually build the business itself. Understanding that a straightforward PR campaign wasn’t enough, the CEO of NRPR, Nicole Rodrigues, used this as an opportunity to expand NRRP’s service portfolio, leveraging Nicole's experience of previously having helped over 100 companies’ structure and scale their internal operations.
