Nomination Title: Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy - Fastest Growing Company of the Year

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy (Restore) was launched in 2015 in Austin, Texas. Since then, it has grown to be the leading provider of proactive health and wellness services in the U.S. As a comprehensive health and wellness center, Restore provides whole body and localized cryotherapy, IV drip therapy, stretch therapy, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, red and near-infrared light therapy, compression therapy, Cryoskin facials, slimming and toning, HydraFacial and a range of blood testing to provide consumers a baseline of their health and a path to optimize their wellness.

When the company launched in 2015, it was with just one flagship location in Austin. Since then, Restore has grown and expanded across the country, now with over 70 corporate and franchise locations in 28 states across the country.

Restore had just 65 employees at the close of 2017. The company now has over 1,000 employees working across the country, at the Restore headquarters and in its stores.

Since its inception in 2015, Restore has continued to maintain a fast-paced growth and expansion model in its mission to make Hyper Wellness® accessible and affordable for all.

Restore continues to see rapid growth. Starting 2019, Restore had 14 open stores and now has 71, with a goal of 200 open by year-end 2021. The company also continues to exceed revenue goals. At the close of 2018, Restore system-wide revenue was $5.9 Million. 2019 saw a year-over-year growth of 125%, with system-wide revenue reaching $13.3 Million. 2020 is on track for similar revenue growth, with system-wide revenue at $28.2 Million from January 1 to November 30 of 2020.

As the number of stores and franchisee partnerships grows, so does the employee base, now consisting of over 1000 employees working in 28 states.

Restore was recognized in 2020 by Inc. Magazine as a Best in Business company in Wellness and in 2019 as a fastest-growing privately held U.S. and Texas company and as the #1 hottest franchise business. Restore was also recognized locally in 2019 on the Austin Business Journal’s fifty fastest-growing companies list and won an award from the Austin Chamber of Commerce for the innovative wellness offerings available to employees.

Restore also received an $8M investment in 2020 from Atlanta-based Level 5 Capital Partners to quicken the pace of the company's expansion.

Most importantly, Restore has had a positive impact on the health of the communities and people it serves. In December 2020, Restore delivered its 1-millionth service in its history. 600,000 of those services were delivered in 2020, 250,000 in 2019 and 150,000 between 2015 - 2018.

Restore's growth is significant for any retail brand. However, what particularly sets Restore apart has been the company's ability to excel throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Restore remained open as an essential business during quarantine ordinances in March and April, providing immunity-boosting services to its clients and first responders. The fact that Restore has doubled its locations in 2020 showcases how the company's mission of making Hyper Wellness® affordable and accessible continues to resonate with both customers, franchisees, and investors.

The company has met or exceeded revenue and service goals each month since June 2020, despite the overall retail consumer traffic downturn seen nationwide since the beginning of the pandemic. Restore also continues to outpace both national and local competitors in terms of market share, expansion, and the overall number of services offered to the market. For comparison, its closest competitor opened only 4 locations in 2020 and now has only 11 locations in total.
