In 2014, former-Chief Marketing Officer of the New York Stock Exchange, Marisa Ricciardi founded the Ricciardi Group (RG) to fill a void in the industry for an agency that understood complex businesses, while also bringing creativity and innovation to the table.

We deliver hands-on internal commitment and forward-thinking, outcome-based work that drives results for our clients and consistent growth for the agency. We were built to disrupt the inefficiencies of the typical departmental agency model using a flexible, agile model that embraced remote collaboration and bespoke client-built teams years before a COVID-world forced much of the industry to pivot. We know how to roll up our sleeves and get the tough stuff done brilliantly and have fun doing it as a team.

Today, The Ricciardi Group includes 20 employees and over 60 partners servicing a client roster that has included Fortune 500 companies like Morgan Stanley, BNY Mellon to emerging technology brands such as iCapital, Symphony, and General Assembly.

Since July 2019, a lot in the world has changed. Through all of this, RG has managed to stay resilient and continue to garner success for not only our clients but the Ricciardi Group brand as well.

In 2019 we were named to the top 20% of Inc 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies, and we’ve recently been named to it again in 2020. In addition to this, this year we were named to Financial Times’ The Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies where we broke into the top third of companies.

On the client-side, we’ve seen Splitit drive merchants sign up by 20% Q1, as compared to last quarter, despite COVID-19 challenges. Additionally we’ve seen our client LRN win seven Telly Awards for their E&C Training videos. Which continues to garner press coverage and continued awareness.

This can be accredited to our unique business model, which can support large scale growth both within our base of industries (Enterprise Saas, Tech, Capital Markets) and beyond. In 2020 thus far alone, we have added B2B2C work in the payments, real estate, and pharma space. We know this is a relationship business built on reputation. We have a 97% retention rate and a strong measured satisfaction rate.

Our achievements are significant because they are a testament to the value of our unique marketplace position. Our approach is: Embed a seasoned marketing professional into an organization to effectively augment and act as the in-house marketing team to provide planning, activation, execution, and advisory as needed.

Through our business model, we support large scale growth within the current areas that we service: finance and tech, and across other industries. By building bespoke teams from a roster of vetted and highly trusted partners, we are not bound to a select pool of talent which poses challenges when exploring new industries for the client and agency.

We bring outside perspective from senior talent who spent years on the client-side in executive roles along with agency side strategic thought leadership and world-class creativity. Approximately 50% of our team are former in-house marketing leads from firms like NYSE, OnDeck, BofA, Goldman Sachs, and NBC. They are paired with creatives and strategists who have decades of agency experience at Ogilvy, Leo Bernett, Saatchi, Burns Group, and others.

This perspective is coupled with internal commitment. Our Marketing as a Service (MaaS) was built to help Enterprise Software as a Service (Saas) companies and is a unique business line. It’s proven to be a huge help both for growing start-ups and established businesses in transition; it lets us create a more efficient model for gaining alignment and selling through great work.
