Nomination Title: Salesforce AppExchange and Partners COVID-19 Innovations

In response to COVID-19, Salesforce partners have been quick to innovate on Salesforce AppExchange, the world’s leading enterprise cloud marketplace, in order to meet the needs of their customers, employees and communities during the crisis. To make it easy for customers to find these solutions, we created the AppExchange COVID-19 Resources for Business—a dedicated resource page with more than 140 partner solutions designed to help customers navigate this challenging time across categories including business continuity, healthcare and life sciences, team collaboration, customer support and crisis communications. After Salesforce launched Work.com—a suite of solutions and resources to help organizations reopen safely—our partners were quick to build solutions extending the power of Work.com. As a result, we added a Work.com Collection Page to the AppExchange COVID-19 Resources for Business, making it easy for customers across industries to find the right solutions for their specific needs.

All ISV solutions hosted on the Work.com Collection Page are designed to help organizations build resilience and cultivate trust with their employees, customers and communities as they navigate the pandemic. The three inaugural solutions on the Collections Page include: Resilience Essentials for Work.com, by Fusion Risk Management, enabling organizations to manage business continuity and risk management plans; Supplier Readiness for Work.com, by ComplianceQuest, enabling companies to manage supply chains safely; and the Traction Guest Visitor and Employee Management System, by Traction Guest, which provides a system for managing visitors to physical worksites that enable best practices for employee re-entry.

Beyond AppExchange, our consulting partners have also leveraged the Salesforce platform to tackle the challenge of vaccine distribution, enabling everything from recipient registration and scheduling to inventory management and public health outreach for governments and healthcare organizations. This includes efforts from partners like Coastal Cloud, whose Care4COVID solution helped vaccinate over 75,000 Floridians, and MTX Group’s GETVAXCHI solution that was deployed by the City of Chicago to manage its vaccine program at scale.
