As the largest independent marketing firm across streaming TV, Amazon, Google and social media, Tinuiti offers the same full-service, full-funnel capabilities as the major holding companies, but with more agility, speed, and innovative thinking. Our deep suite of media channels, exclusive partnerships, and proprietary tech stack, Mobius, allow for better strategy and tactical activation across the entire funnel to accelerate brand performance outcomes within a clients’ larger media mix.
With industry-leading expertise in search, social, Amazon and marketplaces, retail media and operations, addressable TV, streaming media, OTT, influencer, mobile apps, lifecycle marketing, shoppable media and more, Tinuiti is well on its way to becoming the full-funnel performance marketing firm of the future.
We have strong relationships with all the major tech platforms as a charter member of the Amazon Advertising Agency Partner Network; Google Premier Partner (top 3% of all agencies) and International Growth Partner; first independent agency in US to receive TikTok Marketing accreditation; official Reddit Partner; and Agency of the Year at Microsoft’s 2022 Partner Awards.
Despite rapid growth (named again to AdWeek’s Fastest Growing Agencies), we maintain our people-first culture, as demonstrated by yearly placements on Inc.’s Best Workplaces and Ad Age’s Best Places to Work.

To stay on the cutting edge of the capabilities brands will need in the future, Tinuiti made two major acquisitions after partnering with New Mountain Capital, a leading growth-oriented investment firm with $28 billion in assets under management, in December 2020. In March 2021, Tinuiti acquired retail operations agency, Ortega Group, LLC, to create the industry’s most robust full-service Amazon and marketplace program. The Ortega acquisition brought together Tinuiti’s full-funnel Amazon marketing services with Ortega’s insider Amazon HQ tribal knowledge.
In August 2021,Tinuiti acquired Bliss Point Media, the largest independent buyer of streaming media, which uses a patented machine-learning technology that measures and optimizes performance. This deal allowed Tinuiti to deepen and widen its offering in Over-The-Top (OTT)/Connected TV (cTV) and reintroduce the firm’s OTT division as Streaming+.
In addition to Streaming and Amazon ops, new service offerings brought to market included Ecommerce Acceleration Programs for Instacart, Walmart, and Target/Criteo, as well as enhanced practices for Shoppable Media in July 2021 and Influencer Marketing in January 2022.
Riding this growth momentum as a newly established brand in need of awareness and name recognition, we launched our first-ever brand campaign in September 2021. The provocative omnichannel campaign, “Rethink. Performance,” challenges CMOs to shift perspectives on some of the industry’s most hot-button issues, from data privacy to walled gardens.
- If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Explain why the achievements you have highlighted are unique or significant. If possible compare the achievements to the performance of other players in your industry and/or to the organization's past performance (up to 250 words):

Our culture of ownership was brought to life through our ‘Equity For All’ program where every employee, no matter what team they sit on, received monetary compensation tied to their tenure when the New Mountain Capital partnership occurred in December 2020. This resulted in a firm-wide payout of almost $10M to about 650 employees.
With our ‘Rethink’ campaign, Tinuiti became the first performance marketing firm to leverage OTT for a brand campaign by utilizing the proprietary technology of newly acquired Bliss Point Media. The goal was to solidify Tinuiti’s name as a leader in not only performance marketing, but the entire business world, through an omnichannel, holistic approach that is continuously optimized in-flight. The campaign amassed over 16M impressions, resulted in a +21% increase in Brand Lift on LinkedInand led to a +12% boost to ‘Tinuiti’ searches.
Led by our CEO, Zach Morrison (2021 Ad Age 40 Under 40 recipient), Tinuiti increased revenue by 68% YoY in 2021 with 180 new clients added—including big names such as Noom, Thirdlove and Olly. Plus, we continue to accelerate business growth for some of the top brands in the world such as Etsy, Revlon, Ancestry and many more. Despite the ‘Great Resignation’ and high employee churn in the agency world, our workforce increased +57% YoY in 2021, surpassing 1,000 in headcount. Our executive team is made up of 67% diverse leaders, placing our C-Suite as one of the most representative leadership teams of all leading performance marketing companies.
