Our annual report is one of our key pieces of thought leadership. It analyzes the employment brand of each Fortune 500 company to show how the relationship between candidate and employer has evolved while identifying tangible ways organizations can improve their employee value propositions. We studied the channels the Fortune 500 use to communicate a transparent view of their companies with candidates, evaluating 18,000 data points across six categories in the process. The objectives were to raise brand awareness, bring in new leads (director level & above), build relationships with contacts by showcasing expertise and position WilsonHCG as a leader in employment brand. The report was downloaded in 43 countries. The press release received 42,801 views, with 190 global postings. During the pandemic, we used the report methodology to conduct consultations with clients to help them better understand the impact the pandemic had on their employer brand compared to their key competitors. This reinforced client relationships and brought in new revenue.
