Our new mobile application “AvivaSA Mobil” is AvivaSA’s first digital self- service platform with a customer centric experience design. Our aim was to achieve a user friendly, functional and lovable product for our customers. In order to achieve this, we had touched more than 40 customers during experience and interaction design phase in order to fulfill our customer’s real needs and expectations.

Creating a seamless unique experience was our biggest ambition in this project. We used agile methodology to develop the application and this method enabled us to test beta versions with users and continuously improve the user experience.

We launched “AvivaSA Mobil” on 23rd October 2018 and we had reached 500K downloads in the first year. Our customers can track their savings and insurance products live with our application. Also they can reach us via Live Chat within app for the support issues. They can execute a various function to customize and manage their products such as changing contribution amount, transferring lump some money and change payment methodology. Also we serve special offerings such as our loyalty program “Bi'dolu” and give quick access to that platform via application.

Our customers also track daily financial news, market values andmarket reviewsfrom appwhich enables customers to manage their money consciously and effectively.We send push notifications to our customers to inform them on some important cases about our products such as state contribution transfer and collection errors. With digital fund advisory service "FonPro" we help our customers to manage their savings.

Our customers transferred 5 millionTL lump sum money in total to their pension accounts via mobile app. 17K customers changed their contribution amount and that caused 10 million TL annual premium equivalent gained. Our average score in application stores is 4,2.
