In the inaugural Middle East Stevie Awards, DHL of Amman, Jordan won a 2020 Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service Management, Planning & Practice for Supercharging their Customer Service productivity.

As customer service leaders, DHL recognizes the importance of focusing on improvements in employee productivity to become both an Employer and Provider of Choice. One of the most effective ways to do that was by reducing or eliminating poor working conditions.

In 2019, DHL Jordan customer service moved to a new location in a very elite facility. The new creative and upbeat work space is designed with an effective use of space for both employee comfort and collaboration, and with access to natural light to reduce eye strain and fatigue. New systems give employees the right tools to deliver results, and new gamification campaigns motivate employees and encourage friendly competition in the office.

As a result of the move and changing the vibe of their customer service work space, DHL of Amman, Jordan has improved productivity, reduced employee sickness rates, and Customer Service Employee Opinion Survey results are 100% in all categories.
