challenges & key objectives
The client had a clearly defined business vision and candid mission along with a long-term strategic plan but they had identified potential risks with respect to alignment and collaborative effort between their different business units to achieve the long-term strategic plan. Hence, they wanted an outside-in perspective to –
- Identify the improvement areas with respect to alignment and collaborative effort.
- Create a performance framework to measure and cascade key strategic metrics from top to bottom between different business units, within the organization.
The client aspired to incorporate a well-defined performance management system with measurable metrics – KPIs and link it with the targets across various departments and hierarchal levels. Along with ‘Performance Framework Design,’ they also wanted to implement an ‘Enterprise Performance Management System’ to effectively and efficiently track the employees and the organisation’s performance.
