    entomo empowered UAE’s fastest-growing creative and media business house to create an innovative environment conducive to the growth of the organisation. entomo’s solution leverages AI and behavioural sciences to provide personalised insights and contextual nudges, which in turn drives high-performance behaviours and overall performance and productivity. In less than 45 days, the solution automated the client’s org-wide performance management.

    challenges & key objectives

    The client had a clearly defined business vision and candid mission along with a long-term strategic plan but they had identified potential risks with respect to alignment and collaborative effort between their different business units to achieve the long-term strategic plan. Hence, they wanted an outside-in perspective to –

    • Identify the improvement areas with respect to alignment and collaborative effort.
       
    • Create a performance framework to measure and cascade key strategic metrics from top to bottom between different business units, within the organization.

    The client aspired to incorporate a well-defined performance management system with measurable metrics – KPIs and link it with the targets across various departments and hierarchal levels. Along with ‘Performance Framework Design,’ they also wanted to implement an ‘Enterprise Performance Management System’ to effectively and efficiently track the employees and the organisation’s performance.

    Some attributable benefits to the engagement that we had with the client –

    • entomo helped the client to clearly define the targets and measure the key strategic performance indicators such as Revenue, Profit, Customer Satisfaction, Dept. budgets, etc.
       
    • entomo tapping on the risk of lack of collaboration internally between the various entities defined interconnected metrics for the client at the LOB level that could not only get the desired traction amongst the entities but also helped them work collaboratively. 
       
    • Further entomo helped them identify the strategy map objective of “Monetizable Asset” and then defined the KPIs for various LOB’s in a way that the entities could collaborate internally through own, share and support mechanism. This not only helped the client to be able to tap on the low hanging fruits but also earn additional revenues.
       
    • By understanding the customers work and tasks for the various departments and units, entomo defined the KPIs for each department and then cascaded it down to each employee.
       
    • entomo supported the client in orienting the organization into a profit-driven organization by not only defining “Net Profit” in the strategy map and then accordingly cascade it down at the LOB’s level.
       
    • entomo provided consolidated view to the top management by defining the KPIs for Project Management by streamlining all the projects within the organization.
       
    • entomo supported the client by developing 20 strategic objectives and around 400 KPIs across the organization and their partners and the distribution of which is as below
