In the inaugural Middle East Stevie Awards Petrol Ofisi of Istanbul won three Gold and three silver 2020 Stevie Awards for their Petrol Ofisi Social League for customers, and for their ‘“Leadership Development Journey” initiative for Management.
The Petrol Ofisi Social League is a platform designed to connect online gaming and football fans, integrated with rewards from their Positive Card loyalty platform. And Petrol Ofisi created the Social League Studio to engage sports writers, celebrities, and influencers in a Youtube show created for fans. As a result, the Social League attained 1.8 million registered users and use of the loyalty Positive Card at gas stations increased.
With a recent change of shareholders and leadership, Petrol Ofisi initiated a new “Leadership Development Journey” focused on developing the Mind, Body, and Soul of a manager via a multidimensional experience. So far, Petrol Ofisi has achieved significantly high-performance results and future modules of the program will be refined by feedback from participants who will also be part of designing a similar curriculum for their teams.
The initiatives to engage consumers, managers and staff demonstrate that Petrol Ofisi will remain the pioneer of development and innovation in the energy industry in Turkey for years to come.
