Nomination Title: QNET Mobile App - Building Your Success Online

Provide the date on which this nominated app was first publicly distributed:
The very first version of the QNET Mobile App was launched in 2012 with rudimentary features. Since then, the app has gone through a series of updates, in response to the needs of our distributors. The latest and most comprehensive update was completed in 2020.

Background: We looked at how our users have been interacting with us online and we saw that most of them use smartphones to access our website and e-Store more than they use laptops or desktop computers. So, we decided to help them take control of their businesses in a much more effective way while they are on-the-go, or just at home without having to use computers. The new powerful and enhanced mobile app is now our distributors'perfect business companion. It is thego-to resource for everything our distributors and customers need to run the business. The QNET Mobile App is designed to help users find all the information they need and manage their businesses faster and easier.

On top of having complete Virtual Office functions in the mobile app that allows users to do pretty much everything in it, like sign-up prospects, buy products, monitor personal and team sales progress, send feedback etc., we are also building functionalities in the app that are not available elsewhere, such as:

-Professional Marketing Exam Module and Certification
-Enhanced user experience across all available functionalities
-Exclusive Push Notifications on promo and business updates, content alerts.
-Resource Library (coming soon as a mobile-only function)

The app was built for the users, by the users. In preparation for our long-term, mobile-first strategy, user story sessions with top business users have been carried out and this is a regular exercise. The purpose of these sessions is to hear user suggestions, comments, feedback and needs so we can continue to improve the app with the end goal: Allow QNET distributors to do all their business in the mobile app – and to make it easier to use the app than work on the web.

Why are we moving the users to the app from the web? Because we are preparing them for the future – we have a lot of things in store for them that can only be done in the app.

Faster Transactions. The framework that the Mobile App uses can run 5 times better than Javascript codes

Targeted and Personalised Messages. Realtime Push Notifications and performance progress. In-App Notifications. Clean customer data due to OTP

Access to Features that we can utilise to promote sales and security. Camera. Location Services. Phone Calls. Integration to contact list and messaging apps.

Security. Biometrics Capability. Less likely to be affected by viruses. Does not store data

Faster, agile in-house development
The app runs on iOs and Android, in 5 languages worldwide (EN, AR, FR, RU, ID)
We have high user ratings in both iOs and Android:
AppStore: 4.7 stars out of 5
