In the face of a global pandemic and disrupted business environment, Altimetrik’s management team quickly responded to service our clients without interruption. We continued the company’s four-year growth streak of double digit revenue growth, hiring over 800 new employees, and opening new offices in the U.S., India, Poland, Canada, and Japan. Our approach to enabling digital business and exceeding client expectations lead to these outcomes.

Our management team brings together a diverse group of executives with decades of business innovation experience. Our focus on client solutions and employee development has been the foundation for creating new products and services to meet a rapidly evolving market. The pandemic has become the tipping point for digitalization across all industries, highlighting the need for digital business adoption.

Altimetrik’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic was truly an international effort led by its management team. We quickly mobilized a remote work from home implementation plan that spanned 15 cities across eight countries. This plan ensured the safety of all our employees and ensured uninterrupted service to our clients. This holistic response included organizational, operational, technological, client commitment, and community relations expertise. In just 18 days, 100% of the company’s 2,500 global employees were working from home.

In addition, the company created a $1 million dollar employee giving campaign to those most in need within the communities we serve in the U.S. and India. The company’s response to COVID-19 demonstrates Altimetrik’s deep commitment to its clients, communities, and employees.

The company created a task force made up of India’s leadership team, global senior management, and representatives of support functions to create a business continuity plan to ensure employees’ safety and clients’ success. Altimetrik equipped all employees with laptops and conducted online education sessions to support the move to work from home and encourage continued collaboration. The company then carried out the work from home plan in tandem with clients for a seamless transition. This phased rollout in a safe and secure environment ensured 100% client support with no disruption of deliverables.

Altimetrik also rolled out new products in response to COVID-19. Its Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) forgiveness solution for banks and lenders addressed the excessive quantity of loan forgiveness applications anticipated from PPP recipients. Altimetrik’s new Digital Lending Platform offers mid-tier banks and credit unions an opportunity to jumpstart their online lending business enabling a complete digital experience. The company spun off Calibo, an integrated business digital platform that allows clients to build simplified, engaging business models for growth without disrupting their current business.

The company was a 2020 CIO 100 Winner, recognized for its achievements in technology innovation. Vattikuti earned Entrepreneur of the Year honors at the national level and regionally for the Michigan and Northwest Ohio region from Ernst & Young. Altimetrik has earned Certified Great Place to Work designations for the fourth consecutive year and ranked #48 in India and was certified in its first year of applying in the U.S. and Uruguay.
