Jamie reorganized the Enterprise Transformation operating model to leverage existing intellectual property, and foster a more collaborative and democratized mindset around innovation.
By understanding both her own and the Enterprise Transformation team’s strengths and weaknesses, Jamie rebuilt the team to maximize each member’s strengths, enabling them to create innovative new solutions.
Jamie led her team to launch new products, including five first-in-category launches:

-Engage, an enterprise engagement delivery platform that standardizes client and engagement acceptance and drives collaboration. Engage saw almost 6,000 uses within its initial 60-day launch.
Jamie analyzed and negotiated new IT outsourcing agreements that improve security and response quality, which also created millions of dollars of annual savings.
Jamie oversaw a move of more than 200,000 SharePoint sites from on-premises to cloud, which was one of the largest SharePoint migrations ever accomplished.
Jamie created more than 100,000 hours of human capacity by using technology to improve or replace labor-intensive activities. The time savings was then redirected higher-value activities within Grant Thornton to help our clients succeed.
Jamie improved the security profile of the firm, shifting to an outside provider, hiring a CSO, obtaining ISO designations, and leading our response to a global audit.
Jamie stabilized firm operations and worked hard to recoup investments.
By demonstrating the art of the possible, Jamie overcame an impatient firm with a sometimes-rigid mindset.
Jamie is working with internal teams to develop creative and unique internships to bring in young thought leaders that will help support a system of democratized innovation.
