History and Past Support
Founded in 1965, by the 1970s Donlen was a fleet innovator. In the 80s, we became technology leaders through pioneering computer-based fleet leasing, taking weeks off of the vehicle ordering process.
Donlen has always invested in people, processes and technology. By advancing technology, we supported our people in creating outstanding customer service. In the ’90s, we developed a computerized system specifically designed to improve customer service speed and efficiency. Donlen introduced the first fleet app and was first to go paperless.

Supply Chain Support
During the pandemic of 2020, and into 2021, we have been guiding our customers through supply chain disruptions compounded by OEM chip shortages, working with manufacturers, dealerships, and alternatives, seamlessly supporting clients.

In 2020 and 2021, the implementation of new customer service models, has resulted in our recent successes:
- Our client retention rate was over 98 percent; customer satisfaction rate was over 95 percent.

Donlen’s Customer Service vision is based on customer feedback. While we have consistently high performance stats, in 2020-1, we proactively realigned our strategy and goals to show our commitment to best serving our customers. through the implementation of “AREPA,” a company-wide methodology which stands for:

- Responsiveness – quick in customer responsiveness
- Expertise – sharing expertise based on employee experience
- Proactivity – anticipating and providing insights and solutions

Technology
Donlen continues to develop Next Era technology initiatives. An example in 2021 was the purchase of automomous verhicles.
