    In a period of unprecedented change, global hiring freezes and downsizing, CMRG's Marketing Recruitment Team persevered, with a vision of transforming the recruiting industry through a combination of marketing methodologies, technology--and a lot of heart.

    The female founded and executive-led team develops an integrated marketing plan for each role they represent, utilizing social media, content, video, contextual advertising, paid search, employer branding, AI, influencers, and more to capture the attention of prospective candidates.

    Part of the secret sauce in finding and growing talent is the firm's own approach to recruiting - 95% of CMRG's employees are also professional and aspiring performers/artists whom you may see on stage or screen (when they are not procuring the perfect candidates for their clients).

    The Marketing Recruitment team at CMRG is particularly notable, however, for the impact the group makes on candidates and employers by way of counsel and strategic support. For example, a candidate submitted to a client for an opportunity in 2021 was uncertain about changing jobs, having recently lost her husband. CMRG worked with the client to come up with a package that was truly customized to this particular candidate. Knowing the candidate had a son getting ready to start college, the team, in collaboration with the client, prepared a package that included full college tuition for her son.

    In another example, the CMRG team helped a major CPG brand with their diversity and inclusion program, helping to institute a recruiting plan that redacted candidate names, addresses, graduation dates and universities. The program resulted in an uptick of diverse hires by over 25%.

    During Covid, many team members volunteered (on their own time) to speak with individuals who had been layed off from their jobs to offer support, ideas for improving their resumes and LinkedIn profiles and making introductions.
