Crumbl’s mission statement [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] is what inspired the creation of the Crumbl Cookies app. It allows new and existing customers to order cookies conveniently. The updated version, designed completely in-house, allows customers to order cookies, see the progress of their order, and notify the store upon their arrival. Purchase options include delivery, store pickup, catering, shipping, gifting, and digital gift cards. In November 2021, Crumbl launched a new gifting option allowing customers to send gift cards for special occasions, to a loved one, or just because. These purchase options are what bolstered Crumbl’s success during the pandemic, allowing us to easily adapt our business.
